MyColoradoBulldogs.com, (d.b.a. Mountain View Breeders) is located in Conifer, Colorado.  We agree to meet all of the health, safety and veterinary standards for the State of Colorado in providing the best quality English Bulldog puppies to our clients.  You can view a sample of our Mountain View Breeder English Bulldog Puppy Agreement which includes the written health guarantee in full detail.

The First Three Days With Your Bulldog Puppy

Within three business days of taking your new puppy home, you should have the pup examined by a licensed veterinarian of your choice.  If the veterinarian determines there are any initial health issues or concerns, please notify us within this three day period.  If there is an unforeseen issue, you may return the pup for a 100% refund or another available puppy.

12-Month Guarantee

We will warrant the puppy for 12 months form the date of birth against:

• Fatal and life altering congenital diseases or genetic defect;
• Heart, kidney, pancreas, spine, and liver problems.

Your Remedies Under This Guarantee:

If a licensed veterinarian determines your puppy has an adverse health condition, congenital or hereditary defect covered under this guarantee, you must:

• Notify us within three business days of the diagnosis;
• Provide the veterinarian’s name, address and phone number that examined your dog;
• Include a written statement from the veterinarian describing the dogs condition / illness and likely outcome.

Upon verification of the stated condition you may:

• Return the dog for a replacement dog of equal value

Limitation of Liability: This guarantee does not cover costs, or allow for relief, if it is determined any health issue or condition is caused by: abuse, improper care, neglect or injury while in your care. This guarantee is available to the original puppy owner only and is not transferrable.  Under no circumstance shall MyColoradoBulldogs.com liability under this guarantee exceed the original purchase price of the puppy.
